Bisilola Asenuga is a Talent Development Strategist, nonprofit founder, and Emotional Intelligence expert with over 20 years of experience empowering children, teens, and families. Her passion for youth development is shaped by her own experiences with wrong class placement and the loss of her mother at age 18, driving her commitment to helping young people become self-aware, purpose-driven, and emotionally strong.
She is the founder of the SOLVE A NEED Project, an award-winning summer program that has run for 10 years, providing career discovery and life skills training to over 9,000 students across Lagos and Oyo State. She also leads Beta Me, Beta Family, a mental health and parenting awareness summit designed especially for market women and underserved families.
Bisilola is the author of âKnow Yourself and Excelâ, the âBetter Me mood journalâ (a daily emotion tracker), and âThe Family Bond Bookâ, where she blends Neuro linguistic Programming tools, Creativity, faith-based values, and social-emotional learning.
Her work is also reflected at home. Bisilolaâs 11-year-old son, Fiyin Asenuga, is a seasoned child actor, author, and speaker who has, within three years, worked with notable Nollywood producers and directors such as Funke Akindele, Biodun Stephen, and Niyi Akinmolayan, featuring in 17 films and multiple brand campaigns.
